2. Donations and Refunds
All donations made through Tulong Kabataan are final. However, if you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online donation, contact us immediately. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
3. Volunteer Conduct
As a volunteer representing Tulong Kabataan, you agree to:
- Treat all beneficiaries, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect and dignity.
- Adhere to the safety protocols and guidelines provided during orientation.
- Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the personal information of beneficiaries.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
